What we do

Established in 2017 as a philanthropic organization, CHI-EF is dedicated to sustainable and tangible Poverty Alleviation through education, employment and empowerment.

Using a distinctive business implementation model that guarantees continued reinvestment of returns to ensure growth and continuity in order to achieve our goals. We aim to change the demographics of poverty in the region by focusing on education, employment and empowerment of the underprivileged and also make an impact on the flow of youth (economic migrants) who risk their lives seeking better opportunities abroad.

Our Approach

We take advantage of current opportunities and invest in high yielding employment generating ventures. Rooted in the agricultural sector, our pathway expands beyond ground level production to harness the benefits of the whole value chain. While creating employment on the one hand, we are also achieving significant profitability which we reinvest for expansion and to support our non-revenue generating activities to alleviate poverty.

Our Posterity, Our Youth

In order to be competitive and relevant beyond our generation, we recognise that technology and social responsibility at the highest level must remain a cornerstone of our ventures and activities. We therefore aim to be;

Sustainable so that we can continue to make measurable incursions in breaking the bands of poverty.

Green so that we protect the environment for posterity and develop the use our natural resources to reduce our overhead cost.

Employ the Youth the creativity and innovation of the youth is adopted to profusely develop local opportunities which are available to all and ensure that able hands earn just reward.
